I was very fortunate to discover Grace’s talents... The initial work ‘so we are thinking about care homes’ converted one of my mind maps into an amazing infographic storyboard that has now been used and shared across the world, used in multiple publications and at numerous conferences and beyond.
Other sketchnotes addressing frailty, care home events and care topics including dementia and hospital avoidance have proved really popular with all recipients and draw the eye and enable guided conversations with staff, residents and visitors.
